Funeral service for Willard Leon Gray, age 78, of Decatur,
will be Wednesday, April 24, 2013, 2:00 p.m.
at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jeff Waldrop officiating.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 23, 2013,
from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Gray went home to be with his Lord and Savior on April 22, 2013.
He was born to the late Oler and Mary McCleskey Gray
in Lawrence County, AL on October 15, 1934.
He was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church and was retired from General Motors.
Mr. Gray was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Lane Gray,
his parents, and one brother, Kenneth Gray.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ira White Gray;
three sons, Dale Gray and wife, Kyla Jo, of Hartselle;
Darrell Gray and wife, Karla, of Moulton;
and Tony Gray and wife, Lisa, of Houston, TX;
three grandchildren, Brian Gray,
Courtney Gray Ferretti and husband Andrew, and Sophia Gray;
and three sisters, Josephine Sanford, Freda Lowrey, and Thelma Moses.
Pallbearers will be David Woodall, Joseph Woodall, Tyler Woodall,
Brian Gray, Deekota Goode, and Don Turney.
