Willard Lee Holcombe, 92, of Waterloo passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016. Visitation will be Monday, April 18, 2016, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral service will be Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at Williams Chapel Cemetery.
