Willa Jean Staggs, 78 of Florence, AL passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 12-1:00 p.m. at Elkins Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bobby Walton officiating. Interment will be in Florence City Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Roscoe Staggs; parents, Leo and Maggie Smith; step-mother, Clara White Smith; sister, Teresa Dale; brother, Jimmy Smith.
Survivors include her brother, Leo Smith (Diane); sister, Patsy Walton (Bobby), Kay Mardis (Bill), Carol Green (Don), Shelia Oakes (Ricky); a host of nieces, nephews.
