Wilford Haynes, age 88 of Haleyville, Alabama passed away February 25, 2019 at his residence. He served in the Army National Guard #107th Trucking Co. during the Korean Conflict, was retired from Formed Tubes and was a member of Littleville Methodist Church.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville. The funeral service will be Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Wynell Scott and Johnny Frazier officiating. Burial will follow in Littleville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Terry Lewis, Boyce Oneal Berry, Yogi Setliff, Andrew Adair, Patrick Haynes, Randy Jones and Jim Montgomery.
Mr. Haynes is survived by his wife Edith Haynes; children, Aubrey (Rose) Haynes and Martha (Dewayne) Lewis; sister, Ola Mae Berry; 4 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Matilda Haynes; and siblings, Raymond Haynes, Lorea Bennett, Edward Haynes, Daniel Haynes and Dorothy Jones.
