Wilburn Herbert, age 76, of Guin, AL passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 at North Mississippi Medical Center Tupelo, MS. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 2:00 pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Rev. Bud Glass to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1:00 pm until service time at 2:00 pm.
Wilburn was born on February 23, 1944 in Fayette, AL to the late Jack Herbert and Fannie Barnes. He attended Todd High School, Vernon, AL. He was a member of the Rising Star Baptist Church. Wilburn was a retired truck driver who enjoyed fishing.
