COLBERT COUNTY-The Colbert County Tourism Board has announced a few fun and education events for the month of November to get us all in the spirit of the holidays.  Music, Art, Santa and food…check out all the events and find something just for you:

Now – November 8, 2025 – TVAA Quilt Exhibit – Tennessee Valley Museum of Art, 511 W.
Water St., Tuscumbia. Celebrate the rich tradition and creativity of quilting through this vibrant
exhibit of intricate designs, titled “Call for Quilts.” The Quilt Exhibit will be on display at the
Tennessee Valley Museum of Art from October 18 through November 8, 2025. It is an
opportunity to appreciate the artistry and cultural heritage woven into every quilt. For additional

Now – November 2, 2025 – Sheffield Remembers Weekend – The Clarion, 4900 Hatch Blvd,
Sheffield. Join the community for “Sheffield Remembers,” a special weekend event honoring
musical legends, held at The Clarion, 4900 Hatch Blvd in Sheffield. The festivities kick off with a
free Friday Night Musical Meet and Greet on October 31, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM, where
everyone is welcome to attend and sign up for an Open Mic session. The main event on
Saturday, November 1, features multiple tribute artists, with tickets available at the door for $20.
The weekend concludes on Sunday, November 2. Special event room rates, including

November 1-7, 2025 – Christmas Open House – David Christopher’s, 411 S. Montgomery
Ave., Sheffield. David Christopher’s will host its Christmas Open House from November 1
through November 7. Customers can save 50% off the entire store and receive a free gift with
any purchase of $75 or more. The event features thousands of Christmas decor items. Store
hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and on Sunday, November 2, from 1 PM

November 3, 2025 – Fore the Library Golf Tournament – Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, 990
Sunbelt Pkwy., Muscle Shoals. Join the Helen Keller Library Foundation for the “Fore the
Library” Golf Tournament on November 3, 2025, at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at the
Shoals. The event will feature a 9:00 AM shotgun start and includes a hamburger buffet lunch.
Team entry is $500 for a 4-person team ($125 per person). Sponsorships are available for a
Hole ($250) or Full Sponsor ($650), with Mulligans and Throws also available for purchase.

November 6, 2025 – All-Star Tribute to Muscle Shoals Music – The Ritz Theatre, 111 W.
Third St., Sheffield. An all-star tribute to Muscle Shoals music is set for Thursday, November 6,
2025, at The Ritz Theatre in Sheffield. The concert will feature Grammy nominee and Grand Ole
Opry member T. Graham Brown, whose album From Memphis to Muscle Shoals was recorded
at Wishbone Studios. The lineup also includes Billy Lawson and the Wishbone Band, Nashville
Star winner Angela Hacker, songwriter James LeBlanc, and a rare U.S. appearance by Eve
Graham, the original lead singer of The New Seekers. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and the show
begins at 6:30 PM. Tickets are available now at tennesseevalleyarts.org, with floor seating

November 7, 2025 – Live at The Ritz: Colleen McKenna – The Ritz Studio, 111 W. Third St.,
Sheffield. Get ready for a night of heartfelt country music as singer-songwriter Colleen McKenna
performs at the Ritz Studio on Friday, November 7th, at 7:00 PM. Hailing from Ohio and based
in Nashville, the young yet wise artist is known for blending bright, resonant vocals with

November 7-9, 2025 – Trail Pass – Seven Springs Lodge, 1292 Mt. Mills Rd., Tuscumbia.
Join the Trail Pass at Seven Springs Lodge from November 7th to 9th. This is an organized ride,

November 8, 2025 – Silenced No More Music Fest – Spring Park, 1 Spring Park Rd.,
Tuscumbia. The Colbert County Domestic Violence Response Coalition presents “Silenced No
More!,” a Domestic Violence Music Fest celebrating survivors. This free public event is
scheduled for Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 11 AM to 4 PM at Spring Park in Tuscumbia.
The day will kick off with a memorial walk through downtown Tuscumbia, followed by live music
from artists including Taylor Grace, Chris Garner, Wasted Time, Titus Bozeman Band, and
Hailey White featuring the Mctazz Band. The festival will also feature music, vendors, and a
kids’ corner. All proceeds will go toward the CCDVRC. For additional information, you can

November 8, 2025 – Parker Strong Fishing Tournament – Wilson Lake, Muscle Shoals. Join
the effort to raise money for Parker Humber, the son of local guide Tracy and Kristy Humber,
with a professional fishing contest on McFarland and Wilson Lakes on November 8, 2025, from
7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Parker is currently receiving care at St. Thomas West Hospital for
chemical pneumonia, and all proceeds will go to his family to help with travel and medical
expenses. The entry fee is $100, and money will be accepted at the McFarland boat ramp and
Wilson boat ramp the morning of the tournament. The contest has a 5-fish limit and fish must be

November 10, 2025 – Ruth Cook Book Discussion – Sheffield Public Library, 316 N.

Monday, November 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Sheffield Public Library. Ruth Cook will
discuss her book, “Guests Behind the Barbed Wire,” offering insights into the story. For more

November 11, 2025 – Veterans Day of Honor Golf Tournament – Cypress Lakes Golf and
Tennis, 1311 East 6th St., Muscle Shoals. Show your appreciation this Veterans Day by
participating in the Veterans Day of Honor Golf Tournament and Ball Drop on Tuesday,
November 11, 2025. The event takes place at Cypress Lakes Golf and Tennis. Registration
begins at 8:30 AM, followed by the Ball Drop at 9:30 AM, and wraps up with live music, awards,

November 11, 2025 – Veterans Day Parade – Downtown Tuscumbia. Enjoy the parade in
historic downtown Tuscumbia and honor all veterans, past & present, serving our great nation
around the world. Following the parade, a celebration of veterans will be held on the east steps

November 12-13, 2025 – Dennis Gulley & Friends – Cypress Moon Studios, 1000 Alabama
Ave., Sheffield. Save the date for a two-night musical event featuring Dennis Gulley and
Friends—”the Voice of JACKSON HIGHWAY”. The event includes a VIP night on November
12th with “Stories and Songs” featuring Ol’ Man Russell Gulley, followed by a Band Concert on

Simba, as he seeks to reclaim his throne after the death of his father, Mufasa, and the betrayal

November 28-30, 2025 – Hawk Pride RBD 2025 – Hawk Pride Mountain Offroad, 3834 Hawk
Pride Mountain Rd., Tuscumbia. Get ready to Take the Hardline at the RBD 2025 trail riding
event, the 19th annual gathering presented by Infinite Offroad! This is one of the largest
wheeling events of the year, held at Hawk Pride Offroad Park in Tuscumbia from Friday,
November 28, to Sunday, November 30, 2025. The event features open trail riding all weekend
and includes a Scavenger Hunt on Saturday with thousands of dollars in prizes. Gates open
daily at 8 AM (with trails closing at 12 AM for safety and noise control). Weekend passes run
from $80 for a driver and $40 for a passenger (Friday–Sunday), with early entry options

of Art, 511 N. Water St., Tuscumbia. The market runs from Friday, November 29, to
Wednesday, December 24, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The showcase features over 30 to 45
local and regional artisans exhibiting distinctive fine art, jewelry, pottery, and gifts. Admission is
