Wendell Fredrick Harbin, 71, died May 12, 2013. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at Moss Funeral Home in Cullman. Funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in the chapel with burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery at Berlin. He is survived by his wife, Betty Stallings Harbin.
