Wayne Young, 77, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016, at his home. He was born May 14, 1939 in Itawamba County to the late Armon Young and the late Zelma Wilson Young. He enjoyed showing horses, auctions, yard sales, old cars and trucks. Wayne also had a large collection of old lunch boxes that he was proud of. He loved his family and especially his grandkids.
Services will be 11:00 am on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016 at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Gray and Bro. Billy Burleson speaking. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 pm tonight, Monday, Nov. 7, 2016
Survivors include his Wife, Lavelle Young; Sons: Jimmy Young and Bryon (Denise) Young; Daughters: Sonya (Craig) King, Rebecca (Jerry) Mabus, Melissa Thomas, Tia Roberts, Summer (John) Carpenter all of Fulton; Brother, Kenny (Sandy) Young of Fulton, Sister, Peggy West of Peppertown, Granddaughters: Kayla (John Evan) Jackson, Katie Kendrick, Courtney (Jacob) Lesley, Gracie Mitchell; Grandsons: Dustin Roberts, Blake Roberts, Drew (Kristin) Lesley, Jacob Mabus, Ben Mabus, J.W. Young; Great-grandsons: Raiden Oswalt, Kash Wilson, Kaison Roberts, A.J. Norton, Austin Roberts; special great grandson, Matthew Wilson, Great-granddaughters; Lilly Norton, Skyleynne Lesley, Tarica Lesley.
Preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Alex Warren; grandsons: Austin Allen Roberts and Bradley Carpenter.
