Wayne Osborn, age 73, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, former Chief of Administrative Services for Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, owner and operator of The Children’s Closet since 1981, and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Cecil and Lou Annie Chaffin Osborn; and his wife, Margaret Rose Orth Osborn.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, May 27, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home with a rosary service at 7:00PM. Funeral mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg at 12:00 Noon Saturday, May 28, 2016, with Father Joseph Mundakal officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to Sacred Heart Catholic School of Lawrenceburg.
