Waymon Wilkinson, 68, Littleville, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2013.

He was a native of Winston County, but has lived in Littleville, for over 30 years. He was a member of North Highland Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be Sunday, October 6, 2013, 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville with burial in Liberty Hill Cemetery in Phil Campbell. The family will receive friends Saturday, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Survivors include wife, Linda Wilkinson, Littleville; daughters, Angie Maxwell (Greg), Muscle Shoals, Sherry Russell (Bryan), Tuscumbia; mother-in-law, Dorothy Brown and family, Jack, Kathy, Jimmy, Steve, Joey, Johnny, Tim, Dru, Vance, Bridget, Lisa, Tina, Cheryl, Betty, Bo, all of Tuscumbia; grandchildren, Nicholas Gable, Hannah McGee, Mayson Russell, Tucker Russell, Cody Wilkinson, Kaitlyn Wilkinson, Megan Wilkinson; great-granddaughter, Paizleigh Wilkinson; brother, Elton Wilkinson (Kathy), Bear Creek; sisters, Ethel Purser (Bud), Hamilton, Jewel Burfield (J.V.), Phil Campbell, Gail Miller, Haleyville, Rita Burleson, Russellville, Betty Warren (Junior), Detroit, Alabama, Racheal Duncan (Ray), Tuscumbia; several nieces and nephews.

Waymon’s special babies are: Sophie, Sakota and Baxter.

Pallbearers will be Clifton Wilson, Leon Edmond, Benny Fretwell, Tommy Hill, Doug Henderson and Johnny Wright.
He was preceded in death by, parents, Herman and Virbie Wilkinson; son, David Wilkinson; sister, Margie Nell Purser; brother, Leon Wilkinson; brothers-in-law, Dennis Miller and Jim Burleson.
