Mr. Waymon H. “Sonny” Taylor. 76 of Manchester, Tennessee passed away Thursday October 5, 2017 at the Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. He was born in Palmer, Tennessee on August 11, 1941 to Everett Waymon Taylor and Martha Edna Caldwell Taylor who preceded him in death along with his brothers, Charles Everett and Billy Wade Taylor.
He is survived by his sons, Douglas (Debbie) Taylor, Monteagle, TN, Robert Taylor, Rossville, GA, Thomas (Linda) Taylor, Tracy City, TN and Timothy (Gail) Taylor, Manchester, TN; daughters, Julie Meeks, Pelham, TN, Martha Rollins and Renee (Johnathan) Nolan, Gruetli-Laager, TN; brothers, Robert Lee (Sara) Taylor and Joe David (Wanda) Taylor; sisters, Laura Mae Cox, Rebecca Ann (Carl) Morrison and Lura Faye (Mike) Gross; 19 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
