Graveside service for Wayland Kent age 60 of Decatur will be Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 1:00pm at Mt. Tabor Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. No Visitation is planned.
Mr. Kent, who was born April 25, 1966, in Decatur, Alabama, died on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at his residence. Wayland was a huge Alabama fan, loved to fish, and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by father; Clyde Wayland Kent Sr., son; Jackson Kent, and his sister; Pam Wynn Hamilton
