Wanda Spencer Mrs. Wanda Kaye Spencer, age 73, wife of Eddy Spencer and a resident of Lynnville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at her residence, surrounded by her family and friends.

 

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 3PM at Heritage Funeral Home. A visitation will also be held on Sunday from 1-3PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

 

Born on October 8, 1946 in Columbia, Wanda was the daughter of the late William Petty and the late Doris Shelby Petty. She worked eighteen years as a paraeducator for Richland Elementary School and High School. She enjoyed teaching, reading, gardening and living in the country.

 

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: John Clinton “Skip” (Jennifer) Spencer of Columbia, Alvilda “Alvy” Richardson of Madden, MS, Cody “Buck” (Jennivy) Spencer of Columbia; grandchildren: Donald “Dalton” Richardson, Will Spencer, Bayleigh Woods, Daven Spencer, Winston Tyler Spencer, Adelyn Kaye Spencer; and the Paynes family.
