Wanda K. Sanders of Warrior, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, December 10, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, December 13, 2024, in the New Horizon Chapel with Bro. Buddy Sparkman officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Ethan Reeves, Noah Reeves, Nathanial Sanders, Matthew Payne, Peter Curtis and Aubery Tidwell.
Wanda was born September 17, 1958, to the late Bill and Nola Faye Payne. She is also preceded in death by a sister Sue Payne and brother Aubery Payne. She is survived by her husband Wayne Sanders, daughter in law Charlie Sanders, children Daryl Sanders, Dawn (Ryan) Reeves, grandchildren Nathaniel Sanders, Promise Sanders, Abbie Dodd, Ethan Reeves, Noah Reeves and Julie Reeves, greatgrandchild Felix Cole Sanders, along with siblings Rita Kimbrell, Ted Payne, Janie (Terry Wayne) Blackmon and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
