Wanda Hill Frost, age 76 of Carbon Hill. Mrs. Frost passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 in Carbon Hill, Alabama. She was born January 30, 1949 in Winston County to Quinton Roosevelt Hill and Frances Lucille Daniel. She had a happy fulfilled life but being a mom and grandmother was her most important role. She worked as a cook, a security guard and welder, but her greatest achievement was obtaining a welding degree from Bevill State Community College. She was an avid gardener in her spare time. She had a booth at the Walker County Farmers Market where she enjoyed meeting new people. She will be missed by her family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Studdards Crossroads Cemetery.
Mrs. Frost was preceded in death by her Parents; Brother-Quinton Allen Hill; Niece-Dorothy “Dottie” Marie Jennings.
She is survived by her Husband-William “Bill” Eugene Frost; Sons-Joseph “Joe” Lee Frost (Tracy) and James William Frost (Rodi); Daughter-Frances Regina McRae (Marty); Brothers-Johnny Hill (Celesta) and David Bert Lamon (Sandra); Sister-Jacqueline “Jackie” Hill Black; Grandchildren-Danielle McGraw Greenway, Janie “Lynn” Tingle Wideman, Ashley Frost Settle, Lauren Alexandra “Alex” Morris and Kimberly “Kimmy” Frost Lewis; Great Grandchildren-Keira Isabella Settle, Kali Sophia Settle, Christopher Brandon Romine, Mia Faith Romine, Malia Kiara Settle, Miranda Klaire Mealer, McKenzie Haven Romine, Thea Taylor Wideman, Alanna Blaire Lewis and Dawson Cole Greenway.
