Mrs. Wanda Gail Ledford, age 71 of Orlando, FL passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Orlando Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Ledford was born on August 4, 1947 in Athens, AL to Lun Gully and Melly Florence Powers Gully.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leon Ledford; sons, David Wayne Russell, James Wayland Russell and David Wade Russell; grandson, Casey Wayne Gilbert; brother, Junior Gullett; sister, Anna Bryant and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Ledford is survived by her daughter, Diane Hickman; son, Jerry Newlin (Katie); step-sons, Fred Ledford and Ted Ledford; 7 grandchildren, Michael Russell, Mark Medley, Pamela Medley, Justin Gray, Lee Medley, Mimi Russell and Natalie Newlin; 5 great-grandchildren, Lucas Hickman, Jaston Daly, C.J. Daly, Kam Medley and baby Kira; sister, Betty McGraw (Bobby); brother, Jerry Gully; niece, Tracy Moore and children, Kala and Terry Collins and grandchild, Penelope; nephew, David McGraw and children, Kelsey and Houston McGraw; several other nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Ledford loved taking care of animals.
Services will be at 2:00PM on Friday, February 15, 2019 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Luther Dugger officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:45 prior to the service. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery.
