Dr. Wanda Elizabeth Bradford was born on October 11, 1953 in Russellville, AL to the late Luther Claude Quinn, Jr., and Mary Elizabeth Quinn. She passed away November 5, 2025. Visitation: Sunday, November 9, 2025 for the family 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. for Friends. Funeral Service November 9, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at Pinkard Chapel.
She was employed at the University of North Alabama in Florence, AL for over 33 years as a Professor over Nursing, Online Chairperson and a member of the Board of Directors.
She was preceded in death by her parents Luther “Billy” and Mary Elizabeth Quinn, brothers, Steve and Randy Quinn; Grandson, Chancelor “Chance” Vandiver, and stepson Stephen Bradford.
She is survived by her loving, devoted husband of almost 46 years: Howard Bradford; two daughters, Donna Murray Hines (Shawn), Katina Bradford Petree; Grandchildren, Brooke Vandiver, Shawn Hines, Jr. (Savannah), Brady Petree (Stacy), Carson Petree (Gracey), Macy Petree (Devin), Patrick Hines, Hollie Hines; Great-grandchildren, Chancellor “Chance” Hines, Lakely Hines, Elizabeth “Ellie” Petree; a very special aunt, Doris Sockwell Craig and a host of other relatives and friends.
