Mrs. Wanda Diane Devers Nolan was born in Waynesboro, TN on March 26, 1949, to her parents the late Mr. Ralph Devers Sr. and Mrs. Hettie Pulley Devers. She, being raised in Wayne County, attended school graduating from Collinwood High School. She worked in various positions and occupations throughout the years but one of her favorites and most notable was her tenure at the Buffalo Trial Rides, where she performed her duties as food preparer in the cafeteria. In her leisure time she enjoyed shopping and finding the best deals and playing bingo on her phone. Mrs. Nolan enjoyed meeting new people and working in a public setting, however nothing in her heart compared to the time she spent with her family and friends especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Wanda Diane Devers Nolan passed from this life on May 31, 2025 at her home in Waynesboro, TN surrounded by family making her stay on this earth some 76 years, 2 months and 5 days.

Those left to honor her memory include her son James Ronald “Ronnie” Skelton and wife Karen of Waynesboro, TN; daughter Lori Skelton of Lawrenceburg, TN; grandchildren Damien Skelton and wife Taylor, Daniel Skelton and wife Jessica, Chanston McClain, Destiny McCrory and Hayleigh Skelton; Mrs. Nolan was also blessed to have 6 great-grandchildren as well as many other family, friends and loved ones.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son Mark Wade Skelton, siblings Norman Devers, Ralph Devers Jr., Paul Devers, James Dale Pulley, Barbara Holder and Helen Dixon.
