Walton Edward McDonald, age 88 of Jasper, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Walker Memory Gardens. Jeremy McCoy will officiate.
Mr. McDonald was preceded in death by his Father-Thomas Edison McDonald; Mother-Mabel Arreta Blackwell McDonald; Wife-Betty Smith McDonald; Grandson-Garrett Edward McDonald; Sisters-Ara McDonald Woodley and Yvonne McDonald Knight.
He is survived by his Wife-Gail Key McDonald; Daughter-Brenda McDonald Lynn; Son-Larry Edward McDonald (Debbie); Stepsons-Randy Key (Spring) and Tim Key (Denise); 10 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren; Host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Joseph McDonald, Joe Snavely, Corey Avery, Kyle Key, Alex Key and Homer McClinton.
