Walter Warner Hedge, age 74, of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Saturday, January 17, 2026 at his home.
A graveside service will be conducted at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, January 21st in Joelton Hills Memory Gardens with Bro. Jeff King officiating. Family will serve as pallbearers.
There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.
Mr. Hedge was born on June 1, 1951 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late George & Alberta Ballentine Hedge. He spent many years as a country music disc jockey in radio stations across the Southeast, and he was retired from Ingram Book Company. He was a devout Christian.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Phyllis Williams; sons, Walter Hedge, II, Joshua Hedge, and Jonathan Hedge; grandchildren, Connor, Alyssa, Chloe, Emma, Sadie, Carrie & Charlie.
