Walter Frederick Gillespie, Sr., 91, of Huntsville, passed away Saturday, July 2. 2022.
Survivors include his daughters, LuAnne Handy (Mike) and Nina Williamson; son, Walter Frederick Gillespie, Jr.; seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren; and one sister, Anna Myrtle Cantrell.
Mr. Gillespie was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Lou Honeycutt Gillespie; parents, Rev. Thomas and Annie Gillespie; grandson, Daniel James Day; seven sisters and three brothers.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 7th from 12:30 – 2:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will follow at 2:00 with Chaplain Randy Evers officiating.
