Wallace Leon Hood passed away Saturday morning, December 16, 2017, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. He was born on January 18th, 1932 in Giles County and was 85 years old. He was retired from Maremont Gabriel Corporation. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who loved spending his life surrounded by his family.
Visitation will be 11:00am to 1:00pm Monday, December 18, 2017, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow at 1:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Bro. James Nave officiating.
Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents Roland Denmon and Drady Roseanne Daily Hood along with his daughter Cathy Hood Hamby.
He is survived by;
His wife of 61 years Joyce Hood of Pulaski.
Son, Kevin Hood of Atlanta, GA.
Daughter, Cynthia (Roger) Parks of Pulaski.
4 grandchildren along with 1 great grandchild also survive.
