Wade Patterson, age 79, of Town Creek, died Sunday, April 19, 2015.
His family will receive friends Wednesday, 1-3 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Marty Evans and Heath Davis officiating. Burial will be in Shaw Cemetery.
Mr. Patterson was a Colbert County native and was retired from Reynolds. He attended Colbert County High School where he was Mr. CCHS, 1954.
He was such a wonderful daddy and papa. His greatest moments in life were working at Reynolds, working in the yard and spending time with family and friends. The greatest love of his life was his wife, whom he is with now. He will be greatly missed by everyone.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Jewel Patterson, daughter, Felicia Patterson, brothers and sisters, Evon Flannagan, Boots Patterson, Aaron Patterson, Oscar Patterson, Berta White and Floyd Patterson.
Survivors include his son, Ronnie Patterson of Town Creek; daughter, Misty Davis and husband Heath of Harvest; four grandchildren, Audrey Cofield, Kaiden, Kendall and Kai Davis.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
