Wade Douglas Shook, age 67, of Muscle Shoals, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral service will be Saturday, May 24, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Murphy’s Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Shook was preceded in death by a son, Douglas Shook.
He is survived by his wife, Lorene; sons, David Baskins and Dale Shook; stepchildren, Bobbie (David) Elliott, Mickey Young, Brenda Jones, Sherry (Leroy) Chaney, Travis (Donna) Young, Jason (Joann) Young, Eric Young, and Sonjia Montgomery; and numerous loving grandchildren; and great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granchild.
