A Service to Celebrate the Life of Vivian Loretta Morgan, 86, will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday at Oakland Baptist Church with burial to follow at Magnolia Gardens. Dr. Randy Bostick and Bro. Raybon Richardson will officiate the service.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm until service time.
Loretta passed away on October 6, 2026 peacefully at Sanctuary Hospice House surrounded by her family. She was born on September 2, 1940 to the late Grate and Frances Dees Young.
She was a 1958 graduate of Biggersville High School. She worked many years before retiring from ITT. Loretta was a faithful member of Oakland Baptist Church and longtime member of the Ladies Light Bearers Sunday School Class. She enjoyed traveling, working in her flower garden and spending time with her family—especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Randal Morgan; infant daughter, Francis Elizabeth Morgan; parents; father and mother-in-law, William “Willie” Luther and Elizabeth Morgan; brothers, Euclid Young, W.E. Young, Guy Young, Bill Young and Jimmy Dan Young; brother-in-law, Billy Fett; and sister-in-law, Martha Young.
Survivors include her son, Tony Morgan (Pam); daughter, Tena Langley; grandchildren, Cassidy Camp (Tyler), Mason Morgan (Brianna), Trevor Langley (Janna), and Morgan Wilkinson (Joel); great-grandchildren, Vivian Gwen Camp, John Wallen Morgan, Easton William Langley, and Rylee Ann Langley; sisters, Mary Ann Fett, Pat Hammett (Jerry) and Sara Glidewell (Daniel); sister-in-law, Gail Young; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers will be Todd Hammett, Torey Hammett, Rory Young, Tanner Mills, Tyler Hamm, and Dusty Hamm. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons.
