MUSCLE SHOALS-The 2025 Visit The Shoals Junior All-Star, held June 9-12 at the
Cypress Lakes Golf & Tennis Facility, was a huge success for our community, delivering significant
economic impact while spotlighting rising golf talent from both 17 states and 9 countries here in
The Shoals. With the results in, the event generated an impressive $438,872 in economic impact, including
$179,225 in visitor spending and 622 total hotel room nights, with participation from 96 players and
a total of 405 visitors.

Our 2025 champions were Maggie Ma and SJ Thomas, with Ma finishing at 7-under-par 206 and
Thomas at 6-under-par 207.
Social media buzz around the event also reached impressive levels, with the tournament hashtag
#TheShoalsJAS earning a reach of 141,887 and engaging a broad audience across Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
