Virginia Marie Ellett of Goodspring, TN passed away on April 25th, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Childersburg, AL on October 11th, 1942 and was 82 years old.
Virginia was a loving wife of 63 years to United States Navy Veteran, along with being mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed shopping, square dancing, cooking and reading her cook books in her spare time. Virginia was an avid collector who was always looking for bears, salts and pepper shakers, unique pillows, as well as Jim Beam and Jack Daniels glasses. She also had a love for dolphins.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th, 2025 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
The memorial service will follow at 11:00am on Saturday, May 10th, 2025 in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial donations be made to First United Methodist Church of Pulaski, TN 200 W Jefferson St, Pulaski, TN 38478
She was preceded by her husband, William Richard Ellett, parents, David and Margaret McCord, brother, David McCord, and Daughter, Barbara Ellett.

Grandchildren, William (Yami) Ellett, Jr., Stephanie (Forrest) Garner, Matthew Moulden, Jonthan Moulden, and Caitlin (Chip) Karlson.
Great Grandchildren, Stacey Guy Garner, Emma Sophia Ellett, and Benjamin Atticus Karlson, and expecting Baby Garner.

Brother, Charles McCord of Nashville, TN
