Virginia Lou Meyer, 90 of Athens, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Limestone Health Facility. Mrs. Meyer was born on July 11, 1930 to Howard Chester Pryor and Ferne Olga Ward Pryor.
Graveside Services for Mrs. Meyer will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 10am at Roselawn Cemetery with David Cox officiating.
She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Webster & Ron of Athens, Alabama, and Rebecca Metzler & Derek of Richmond, Virginia; 3 grandchildren Jason Toth, Allison Hadra, & Dustin Toth; 6 great-grandchildren Jackson Toth, Quinley Toth, Colton Hadra, Kennedy Hadra, Brynlee Hadra, & Ashley Longo.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband Karl L. Meyer of 59 years.
Mrs. Meyer was a member of Market Street Church of Christ. She was also a member of the Seniorellas Group of Athens.
