Funeral service for Virginia Kelso, 87, will be Friday, November 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Cathy Elder officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery at Speake . Visitation will be Friday, November 26, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Kelso died on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Falkville Healthcare Center. She was born July 3, 1934, in Blount County, to John B. Burchell and Bertha Mae Patrick Burchell. She was employed as a Nursing Assistant prior to her retirement. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother for her family.
Preceding her in death were her husband: Hoyt Kelso, sons: Johnny and Jeff Kelso, a daughter: Patty Thompson and her parents.
Her family wishes to express a “Special Thank You” to Falkville Healthcare And Hospice of the Valley for their excellent care.
