Virginia “Ginger” Smith Anders, 69, of Owens Cross Roads, joined her loving husband, Jack with our Lord on Monday, January 25, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Anders, mother, Mae Welch, father Leo Smith, and sister Patricia Lovell.
She is survived by her children who loved their Mom, daughter Patti (John) Barnard, son Tony (Brittney) Anders, son David (Sandra) Anders, and her grandchildren who called her Nonnie, Brandon (Stacey) Barnard, Emilee (Dakota) Brodie, Erin Anders, Savanna (Kobie) Beckwith, Victoria Anders, Camryn Barnard, and Ace Mance, Great Grandchildren, Zara and Jaden Brodie, and Kourt Beckwith, brother Sammy (Donna) Smith, sister Libby Ing, brother Danny Welch, brother Donnie (Cynthia) Welch, brother David (Sherri) Welch, sister Kim (Alan) Dabrowski, brother Doug (Annette) Welch, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends, and caregivers Judy Herron, Betty Cureton, Mary Lee Maleknia, and Brenda Perry.
Ginger was a kind and caring soul who never turned away someone in need. She had a tremendous love for her family. Please join us in celebrating her life at New Hope Funeral Home on Thursday January 28th with Bro. Harold Kelly officiating. Visitation will be at 1:00 with service beginning at 3:00. Interment will be at Green Valley Cemetery.
