Virginia Gertrude Poteete, age 88 of the Peytonsville Community, Franklin, TN passed away December 16, 2018. Preceded in death by parents, Sam and Alta Garret Lovins Crawford; husband, Richard Blythe Poteete; son, Ricky Poteete; sisters, Lucille Jackson, Fannie Veach; brother, James Crawford.
Survived by sons, John R. (Pam) Poteete, John Stephens; brother, Jess Crawford. Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Poteete Cemetery. Nieces and nephews will be pallbearers.
