Virginia Dale Duncan, 45, of Hamilton passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016. Visitation will be Monday, July 25th from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee. The funeral service will be Tuesday, July 26th at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. David Gillford officiating. Burial will follow at Barton Cemetery.
Virginia was a native of Colbert County and was preceded in death by her father, Charles William Pounders.
Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 9 years, Jackie Duncan; daughter, Addison Lea Duncan; parents, Tommy and Amy Brooks; brothers, Yancy Bryan Pounders and Timothy Alan Johnson and wife, Rita Joyce; and special friend, James Franks.
Pallbearers are Troy Collum, Mark Cosby, Neil Sparks, Ricky and Randy Etheridge, and Joe Juarez. Honorary pallbearer is Danny Etheridge.
