Virginia Caison Kelley, 63, of Decatur, passed away on Monday, July 24th, 2023.
She is survived by her daughter; Ayriann Smith (Daniel), grandchild; Kaylon Cohn, sister-in-law; Patricia Goines, brother-in-laws; Clarence Kelley and Johnny Lee Kelley, and a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Virginia is preceded by her husband; Robert James Kelley, parents; Carolos and Delores Caison, and seven siblings.
Virginia was well known for her caring and giving heart, as well as her fantastic cooking. She was such a strong minded and determined person. She was very talented at many things, but had a special eye as a seamstress. She was Baptized in July 22nd, 2000 as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses
There are no services planned at this time.
