Funeral for Virginia Bell Powers, 93, will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at McConnell Memorial Chapel with visitation from noon to 1:15 p.m. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Powers.
