Virgil Wayne Newell, 70, died Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Thursday at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville. The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with burial in Blue Springs Cemetery.
