Virgil Ray Dearman passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at the age of 68. Mr. Dearman was a native of Morgan County, was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Neely’s Bend Baptist Church in Madison, TN, where he served as a Sunday school teacher as well as other church capacitates. His hobbies were anything to do with his church and his church family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil Ora Dearman and Katie Lee McLemore White.
He is survived by his adopted son, Walter Hamlett (Chasity) of Madison, TN; sister, Joyce Watkins (Philip) of Decatur; niece, Paige Schuster (Steve) of Decatur and nephew, Steve Key of Decatur.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, November 21, 2014, at noon at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Gordon Donahoe officiating. A time of visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon at the funeral Home with burial in Roselawn Cemetery
