Virgil Leon Garland, age 77, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, March 30, 2015 at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and a member of Lawrenceburg Baptist Temple.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Bertie Weaver Garland; his wife, Wyvonia Walters Garland; one son, Terry Ray Garland and wife Rachel Ellowise Garland; two brothers, Donnie Garland and David Garland; one great-granddaughter, Kinleigh Jade Snyder.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 01, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, April 02, 2015, with Larry Spears officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to Macedonia Cemetery.
