Funeral service for 80, of Moulton will be Monday, December 23, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with Bro. Stan Galloway officiating. Burial will be in Gargis Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 2 to 4 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Pearson, who died December 21, 2013, at her residence was born March 11, 1933 in Lawrence County to Irvin and Lona Mitchell. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, James (Jimmy) Mitchell, Floyd Mitchell, Cecil Mitchell and Rosco Mitchell.
Mrs. Pearson is survived by her husband, Buford Pearson; brothers, Johnny Mitchell (Sue), Gene Mitchell (Montez), Loyd Mitchell (Louise), Curtis Mitchell (Brenda), Price Mitchell (Geraldine), Kenneth Mitchell (Anita); sisters, Linda Kelso, Lynn Pospiech (John) and Carol Wolfe (Johnnie).
Pallbearers will be nephews.
