Mr. Vincent Eugene Thigpen, 59, died on Monday, February 17, 2020 at his residence. He was born November 13, 1960, in Colbert County to David Elmo Thigpen and Mary Pratt Phillips. He was a landscaper, prior to his passing. Preceding him in death were his father and a brother; Wayne Thigpen.
