Vida Lee Rodgers Sisk, 95, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday August 22, 2016. She was predeceased by her parents, the Rev. James A. and Vada Lee Rodgers of Gurley AL: her brothers Aubra, Laudra, Paul, Thomas, Harrell and Junior; one sister Vada Ruth Poffenberger and her husband of fifty years: Robert H. Sisk.
Survivors include two children: Robert Lee Sisk (wife Elizabeth) and Paula Roberson (husband Bill), four grandchildren: Mark Sisk, Matt Sisk, Jennifer Roberson Kaylor (husband Allen) and W Scott Roberson (wife Lori Anne); seven great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
A graveside service is planned for Saturday, August 27 at 2:30 p.m. at Maple Hill Cemetery with Bro. Gary Hogan officiating. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
