Victory Carvin Lowe, age 61, of Montgomery, AL, formerly of Vernon, AL, passed away Monday, November 25, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 11:00am from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Furnace Hill Cemetery.
Pastor Dr. Wendy Coleman to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 9:00am until 11:00am.
Victory was born on August 4, 1958 in Humbolt, TN to the late Viola Carvin. She was a 1976 graduate of Lamar County High School and graduated later from Troy State University in Montgomery. Victory worked for BBVA Compass Bank in Montgomery, AL. She was a military spouse. Victory enjoyed shopping, reading, taking care of family, and her prayer closet.
