Victoria “Vicky” Lee Nayman, age 70, of Arab, Alabama passed away at Marshall Medical
Center North on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Vicky was born November 1, 1955 in Birmingham, Alabama, daughter of DuWayne Kelley and Nellie Faye Moses Kelley. She and her husband, Timothy J. Nayman, have shared over 44 years. Her professional career was with Cullman County School System where she taught preschoolers at Parkside School.
Vicky was known for her love of sewing and quilt making, creating pieces that will be treasured by her family. She also found joy in baking and cooking, often sharing delicious meals and baked goods. Most of all Vicky valued her family. She devoted her life to caring for and supporting those she loved most.
Vicky is survived by her husband, Timothy J. “Tim” Nayman; son, Timmy Nayman (Jennifer); daughters, Tina Bryant and Samantha Schaefers (Chris); seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren with three on the way; brother, Paul Kelley (Cheryl); sisters, Elaine Yeager (Chris) and Jaretta Kelley; brother-in-law, David Woods.
She was preceded in death by her parents, DuWayne and Nellie Faye Kelley; her son, Terry Bickerstaff; and her sister, Shirley Woods.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 11:00am on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Pan Creek Missionary Baptist Church. The service will be officiated by Brother Jeff Edwards and Brother Kenneth Putnam. The family, friends and guests will gather at 10:00am, an hour prior to the actual service, to visit, reminisce, acknowledge and honor Vicky. Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel is assisting with arrangements.
