Victor Wayne Bumphus, 56, died May 24, 2019. Visitation will be today from 10 a.m. until service time at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, Clifton, TN. Funeral will follow at 11 a.m. in the church with burial in the adjoining cemetery. He was the son of the late Virginia and William Hal Bumphus Sr.
