Edward Jiminez, 76, of Huntsville, Alabama, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away on Tuesday. Vic was born in Birmingham and graduated from John Carroll High School in 1961. He went on to graduate from Auburn University with a degree in Biology. He taught high school science and went on to be a plant manager for many years with Goldkist.
Vic loved gardening and grilling for his grandchildren. He enjoyed his many bonsais and of course his precious pups.
Vic was preceded in death by his parents Victor Edward and Dezma Jiminez and his brother Mark. Survivors include his beloved wife of 53 years, Donna; his son, Keith (Stephanie) of Huntsville; and his grandchildren, Victoria and Connor.
Visitation will be from 4 to 5 p.m. Saturday, August 24 at Monte Sano United Methodist Church. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 5 pm.
