Vicky Lynn Moore – Obituary

Vicky Lynn Moore departed this life on March 10, 2015 at the age of 61 years, 5 months, and 13 days. She was born on September 25, 1953 in Lincoln County, Tennessee, daughter to the late Melvin Moore and Pauline Elizabeth Rogers Cross.

Ms. Moore was a member of the Buffalo River Services. She lived in Lincoln County for four years, Davidson County for 38 years, and Waynesboro for the remainder of her life.

Vicky loved all of her toys. She enjoyed movies, music, riding in the car, and looking at cows. Her favorite song was “Pretty Woman”. She enjoyed chocolate milk and desserts, her favorite dessert being the Milky Way candy bar.

She is survived by her nieces, Saundra Moore of Nashville, Tennessee, Kayla Nugyen of Oakfield, Tennessee, and Callie Stricklin of Olive Hill, Tennessee; one great-nephew, Kayden Nugyen of Oakfield, Tennessee; one great-niece, Abi Nugyen of Oakfield, Tennessee; and siblings, Larry Melvin Moore of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee and Anita Kay Carroll and her husband, Casey, of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Charlie and Beatrice Moore of Nashville, Tennessee; and her maternal grandparents, Henry and Callie Rogers of Ardmore, Alabama.
