Vickie Lynn Swims, age 69 of Haleyville, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, July 03, 2025, at her residence. Vickie was born in Detroit, Michigan on Thursday, August 04, 1955, to William M. Clark Jr. and Lynia Carden Clark. She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Cynthia Haynes (Steven Isaiah); grandchild, Zia Bowen; sister, Denise Richerson (Dudley); brother, William “Bill” Clark (Angie); host of nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Swims; grandson, Aiden Bowen; sister, Darlene Craven; brother-in-law, Scotty Craven.
The graveside service will at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 05, 2025, at Liberty Grove Cemetery, 4495 County Road15, Haleyville Alabama, 35565 with Brother John Davis.
Marion County Funeral Home will assist the family.
