Vicki Carter, 62, died Jan. 26, 2017. Funeral will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Ted Carter.
