Mrs. Vernon Moore Owens, age 90, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, October 14, 2013 at NHC Healthcare of Columbia in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Knob Creek, TN, homemaker and a member of Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Alice Horn Moore; one sister, Jane Tidwell; and two brothers, C F Moore and Bill Moore.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 10:30 AM Wednesday, October 16, 2013, with Rev. Rickey Wade officiating.
