Vernie Earline Byrd, 83, Russellville, passed away on Sunday, April 07, 2013 at Russellville Hospital.
The visitation will be 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 09, 2013 at Spry Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 09, 2013 at Franklin Memory Gardens.
She was preceded in death by parents, Felix & Eva (McNatt) Byrd; sisters, Excellia (Byrd) Gay, Louvellia (Byrd) Hyde, Bernice (Byrd) Sockwell; brother, Audry Lee Byrd; and nephew, Ray Hyde.
She is survived by her remaining sister, Nettie Faye Bendall (husband, John); nieces, Peggy Innocenti, Emogene Baker, Shirley King, Anita Coffman, Diane Denson.
The pallbearers will be Neal King, Freed Baker, Ronnie Hovater, Bryce McNatt, and Lonnie Paul Pounders.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Kevin Kelley, the nurses & staff of Terrace Manor Nursing Home for the love and care shown to our family.
