Vera May Nix Scott, 87, formerly of Florence, died Monday, Nov. 18, 2013. Visitation will be 2-3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Killen Cemetery.
